•1.Do you provide free samples ?
Dear customers,for first cooperation,you should charge the sample fee and freight collect.We will give it back to you after you place an oder with us.
•2.Do you accept small quantity for trial order?
Dear customer, we accept small quantity for trial order to support your business. But please be advised that on our peak season, it is difficult to be arranged.
•3.How is your delivery time ?
Dear customer, in off-peak season, it's around 35 days after we received the customer deposit.
In peak season, it's around 45 days after received the customer deposit.We will try our best to meet your needs.
•4.What is your payment term ?
Dear customer, we can accept :
A. For turnover below $3000,we accept 100% T/T in advance.
B.For turnover over $3000,we accept 30%T/T in advance , balance against the copy of B/L
C. L/C at sight
•5.Do you accept private label on product ?
This would damage the product,so we usually don't suggest our client do this.And we suggest you to make a label.
•6.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?
Dear customer , yes we can make it. But the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price.
•7. Are you BSCI proved factory ? And have you passed any audits?
